Prabal Gurung is a rising American Fashion Desginer and he debuted his first ever runway show in New Yorks Fashion Week last Febraury 2010. He opened his fashion show with a white bold white cashmere coming, black going. His final dress was a red strapless evening gown with black sculptural black ruffles below the waist.
